In Belfast of course, they are rather scornful of the English ability to riot. In East and West Belfast, a number of paramilitary organizations are seizing entrepreneurial opportunity and offering to set up classes on petrol bombing, barricade building and advanced dustbin-lid banging. Skills–they’re never wasted.
